Payment Options:
 AVP Enterprises accepts on-line payments using Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, as well as PayPal. We also process Purchase Orders (Email us for details on processing Purchase Orders).

Secure On-line Ordering:
All orders are placed via secure on-line server. To order your porta~PROMPTER, have your credit card or PayPal information ready and hit the "Ready to Order" button at the bottom of this page.

 
  Warranty Policy:
• AVP Enterprises warrants the porta~PROMPTER for a period of 30 days from the original invoice date. Remedy for defective product is limited to repair or replacement or product.		  
  • Customer abuse or misuse of product, or improper installation will effectively void the warranty. AVP Enterprises is not liable for damage to video equipment as a result of improper installation.  
  • All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Upon receipt of an RMA, the customer will be required to pay one-way shipping to AVP Enterprises. Return shipping will be paid by AVP Enterprises.  
  • Physical damage to any product will effectively void our warranty coverage. Physical damage includes, but is not limited to, improper handling, installation, and/or any other type of damage sustained by irregular usage.  
  • Should a product be returned under warranty, and it is determined by AVP Enterprises that warranty coverage is not applicable under the above terms, the product will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
